Robin Verble, Ph.D.

Associate Professor of Biological Sciences, Missouri University of Science and Technology


Dr. Robin Verble was formerly an associate professor of fire ecology and management at Texas Tech University. In 2018, she joined the faculty of Missouri University of Science and Technology as an associate professor of Biological Sciences and the founding director of the Ozark Research Field Station. She is a former member of the Texas Prescribed Burn and a current member of the Missouri Prescribed Fire Council. She earned her PhD in Applied Biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an M.S. in Entomology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and a B.S. in Biophysics from the University of Southern Indiana.
