Relationship Development Manager

Kayte Foras joined the Natural Areas Association (NAA) in September 2023 as Relationship Development Manager.

Kayte’s background as a former Major Gifts Officer at United Way of Greater Charlotte showcases her ability to build meaningful relationships and secure resources for critical causes. Her expertise also extends to corporate philanthropy, where she successfully managed an employee matching gift program at a corporate foundation, fostering a culture of giving and engagement. With a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University and a background in driving philanthropic support, Kayte brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Based in Charlotte, NC, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the area through hiking and finds solace in the pages of a good book. Kayte is a passionate advocate for the environment and is committed to fostering connections that will help advance NAA’s mission.
