Holli Redekop is an operations expert working with organizations to optimize operational efficiency, governance practices, and board management/recruiting. Her offerings also include board secretariat services, non-profit administration, event/project management, minute-taking, and report writing.
After immigrating to the US from Vancouver, Canada in 2011, Holli worked for a research nonprofit in the Washington DC area for eight years, most recently as the Vice President, Development and Board Secretary. In Vancouver, Holli was the head of Ceremonies and Events at a local university.
Passionate about reducing plastic waste and protecting nature, Holli has volunteered with the Washington DC Chapter of the Zero Waste Committee, the International Society of Sustainability Professionals and the Washington Women Outdoors Club. She serves as chair of NAA’s Board Development Committee.
