Holli Redekop is an independent contractor working with organizations offering
expertise in minute-taking, report writing, board secretariat/liaison, non-profit
administration, and event / project management.
After immigrating to the US from Vancouver, Canada in 2011, Holli worked for the Ethics Compliance Initiative in Vienna, VA for eight years, most recently as the Vice
President, Development and Board Secretary. In Vancouver, Holli was the Director of Ceremonies and Events at Simon Fraser University, directing all aspects of events ranging from 4000-person commencement ceremonies to donor galas.
Holli holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Passionate about reducing waste and protecting nature, her specific areas of personal interest include zero-waste initiatives, ethical workplaces, and closed-loop systems. She is a board member of the Natural Areas Association, serving as chair of their Board Development Committee, has volunteered with the Washington DC Chapter of the Zero Waste Committee, the International Society of Sustainability Professionals and the Washington Women Outdoors Club.
