Operations and Membership Manager 

Amy Wills joined the Natural Areas Association (NAA) in Jan 2017 as Operations & Membership Manager. In cooperation with organization leadership and staff, she oversees all administrative functions of the association. Her duties include financial management and compliance, procurement & contracts, human resources, technology facilities & logistics, and membership development.  

Prior to her role at NAA, Amy served as the Guest Service Director for The Tulsa Zoo in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization for eight years. Managing a team of more than 60 employees, Amy‘s responsibilities included earned revenue & business operations programs (including admissions, membership, rides and attractions, private events, environmental services and temporary exhibits) as well as contracts for food, beverage and retail operations.

Amy loves nature, especially wildlife, and is dedicated to conservation and the protection of habitats. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Oklahoma State University.
